I've had many projects completed on multiple properties, and these guys are now my go-to. They handled the drywall and flooring for a few apartments I was working on. They take true pride in their work. High quality and attention to detail are what they're all about. They're also very affordable. I recently hired VS Construction for some handyman work around my house. My friend recommended and introduced me to the owner. I was at the end of our major renovation project and needed someone to finish the job that the other contractor left. They were prompt, professional, and did an excellent job on our second rental unit. The team was friendly and easy to work with, and their rates were fair. Additionally, they offered post-construction cleaning, so it was all-in-one great service; I didn't have to waste my time looking for another team/company to get my unit ready for rent. The owner conducted a detailed inspection to ensure all surfaces were spotless. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing reliable renovations or handyman services. I have already recommended them to friend of mine who is a property manager .
